At Lashes Studio, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Please review our policies carefully:
1. Free Repair
We offer complimentary repairs within 3 days of your appointment for any issues related to lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, or other services.
2. Refill Policy
Refills require at least 30% of lashes remaining.
If less than 30% remain or if it has been over 3 weeks since your last appointment a full set will be required and charged accordingly.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% fee.
4. No-Show Policy
Failing to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 50% fee.
5. Late Arrival
Arriving 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may require rescheduling and could affect the quality of your service.
6. No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for services once they have been performed.
Please note we also do not offer refunds for allergic reactions. Sensitivities can vary, and reactions may occur unpredictably, especially for clients with known sensitivities. If you choose to proceed with lash or brow services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
